Ordering is quick and easy.

1.  Visit the “Products” page and review our products by clicking the product title
2. Point to a product and choose “ADD TO CART” or “SELECT OPTIONS” to choose the weight of the product; then “ADD TO CART”
3. Click the “CART” or “VIEW CART” when you are done and review your order
4. Remove items by clicking the “X” button. Add/reduce quantities by clicking the “+” and “-” buttons beside a product. Click “UPDATE CART”
5. Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” when ready
6. Review your billing details, shipping details and order details
7. Before placing your order. You need to read and accept our terms & conditions
8. Choose “PLACE ORDER” when you are done; if your purchase fails, you may need to setup an ACCOUNT before you can order products
9. Check your email for a confirmation letter and next steps to issue a PayPal Payment or eTransfer
10. Send your PayPal Payment or eTransfer and make sure it was processed. We will then process and ship your order.

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

Products available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.

If your order contains pre-order products and available products, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order product(s) are received.

We are not able to split orders and ship available products first. If you wish to purchase pre-order products and available products together, we recommend placing separate orders for each.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards & Direct Bank Transfer Processed through PayPal.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you’d like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you’ve placed it.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.

To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.
